A 7 day package where we combine surf, yoga and surf skating to maximize your physical performance and train your technical capabilities. We will work on strength, flexibility, body control, breathing techniques and focus. Everything integrated in our carefully designed training plan.
While you stay with us we will take you surfing to the best spot that day, film your waves and go through the footage together to understand where you can improve and work on your movements through our Surf Flow Yoga & Surf Skate training.
We work with small groups of people, to dedicate you full attention.
